The Commerce Ministry has asked to take legal action
against 10 e-commerce companies accused of irregularities, including Evaly.
The information was given after a meeting of the ministry on
Tuesday (September 14).
Earlier on July 8, the Commerce Ministry had written to the
Home Ministry to file a case against e-commerce company Evaly. There are
allegations against Evaly for not delivering the goods after paying the price.
At the same time, the ministry has sent a separate letter to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) investigating the financial irregularities found by Bangladesh Bank against Evaly.
