42 Held including 11 Jamaat Shibir Men in Dinajpur

Law enforcers, in separate drives, arrested 42 persons including 11 Jamaat Shibir men from different areas of the Dinajpur district in the last 24-hour ending at 12noon today.

Law enforcers also seized phensidyl, ganja, liquor and yaba tablets during the drives.

Police arrested them from different areas of the district on charges of different cases.

Several cases, including charges of subversive activities, are pending with different police stations against the Jamaat Shibir men, police said.

A total of 17 cases have been filed with the concerned police stations in these connections.
