Australia
defeated Bangladesh by eight wickets in the Super 12 stage of the T20 World Cup
in Dubai on Thursday (November 4).
The
Tigers' batting proved to be a problem as they were dismissed for 73 in 15
overs.
With
Aaron Finch's 40, Australia cruised to victory in 6.2 overs. Mitchell Marsh had
16 and David Warner had 18 as he remained unbeaten.
Bangladesh
lost five of its best batsmen in 6.1 overs, scoring only 33 runs.
For
Australia, Zampa captured five wickets for 19 runs, while Starc and Hazlewood
each claimed one wicket.
