N'ganj Cork Sheet Warehouse Fire Under Control

A fire that broke out at a cork sheet warehouse in Narayanganj's Nitaiganj on Wednesday morning, is now under control, reports media.

Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze around 11:35 am, said Abdullah Al Arefin, deputy assistant director of Narayanganj Fire Service and Civil Defence.

The fire originated at about 10:45 am at the warehouse in ward no 18.

On information, seven firefighting units rushed to the spot to bring the blaze under their control.

The cause of the fire could not be known yet, Abdullah Al Arefin said.
