Medical Admission Test Likely To Be Held April 1

Entrance admission test for medical colleges for the academic year 2021-22 is likely to be held on April 1, reports media.

The decision was taken on Monday at a meeting led by Health and Family Welfare Division Secretary Md Saiful Islam.

The exam will be rescheduled if COVID-19 infection rate continues to rise.

Health Education Directorate DG Prof AHM Enayet Hossain, Additional DG Prof Abu Yusuf Fakir, Director Prof AKM Ahsan Habib were present at the meeting.

At present 107 government and private medical colleges are in the country where 10,697 seats are vacant, according to DGHS.
