Dr Nurul Alam Made Acting VC of JU

Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nurul Alam has been appointed as the Acting Vice-Chancellor of Jahangirnagar University.

The notification was given in an office order signed by Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Education Mohammad Mahmudul Alam on Tuesday (March 1).

According to the office order, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Jahangirnagar University, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nurul Alam has been directed to carry out the day-to-day routine duties of the additional Vice-Chancellor in the interim period for administrative purposes till the next Vice-Chancellor of Jahangirnagar University is appointed.

Tomorrow (March 2) is the last working day of the second term of Vice-Chancellor Professor Farzana Islam.
