Assistant teacher recruitment examination in government
primary schools will be held in three stages. The first phase will be held in
22 districts of the country on April 22, the second phase on May 20, and the
third phase on June 3.
In the first phase, the admit cards for the examinations to
be held in 22 districts would have been released on Sunday, but the admit cards of the
candidates have been released on Saturday evening. The examinee can download the
admit card with the user ID and password on the specified website. 19 points
instructions have been given for the candidates on the admit card.
- Admit card and
National Identity Card must be brought along to take part in the written and
oral examinations.
- One hour before the commencement of the examination the
candidate has to take the allotted seat and cannot leave the room till the end
of the examination.
- No candidate will be allowed to participate in the
examination without admission. No books, answer sheets, notes, or any other
papers, calculators, mobile phones, vanity bags, purses, watches and any kind
of electronic devices will be allowed to enter the test center. If any examinee
enters the examination center with the mentioned items, he/she will be
immediately expelled and legal action will be taken against him/her.
- The examinee must keep both ears open while in the
examination room.
- The picture given by the examinee in the application form
will be in the attendance sheet and the invigilator will verify the examinee
with this picture. Legal action will be taken against the fake candidates.
- All the information including the signature given by the
candidate in the application form should be matched with the signature given on
the examination attendance sheet and OMR sheet.
- The examiner must use a black ballpoint pen on the answer
sheet.
- The set code of the AMR form will be pre-defined for an
examinee, the set code of the OMR form prescribed for the examinee is mentioned
in the admission form.
- The OMR form that will be given for the test will have to be
filled in the circle opposite the code mentioned in the entry form in the set
code box.
- The set code of the question paper and the set code of the
OMR form will be different in the exam. Five minutes before the start of the
test, the room inspector will inform you if you get any set code questions
against the OMR set code of the examinee. The test taker will be sure to get
the correct code question.
- If the test is done in a set code other than the set code of
OMR prescribed in the entry form, the answer will be considered invalid.
- If there is any mistake in filling the circle of roll or set
code, the answer sheet will be considered void.
- The examinee has to sign in the correct place on the
attendance sheet and fill the attendance old man. Otherwise, the answer sheet
will be considered void.
- All textboxes at the
top of the OMR form must be filled out in accordance with the instructions,
otherwise, the originator will be considered void.
- Inside the test center, your list will be hung in any room.
- Participation in
written or oral exams does not guarantee employment.
- As a result, no
waiting list or panel will be prepared for each Upazila or education police
station except for the merit list to be recruited.
- Written and oral test
numbers will not be published.
- The guidelines state
that all test information can be found on the department’s website.
It is learned that in
the first phase on April 22, examinations of all the Upazilas of 14 out of 22
districts and some Upazilas of 6 districts will be held. On this day
recruitment test of 3 lakh, 96 thousand 84 candidates will be held. Recently, a
notification in this regard has been issued by the Directorate of Primary and Mass Education.
