BNP Leader Prof MA Mannan Is No More

BNP vice-chairman, former minister, and former mayor of Gazipur City Corporation Professor MA Mannan is no more.

He died at a private hospital in the capital on Thursday (April 28).

Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the media wing of the BNP chairperson, said that MA Mannan breathed his last at 4.35 pm. BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman and secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir mourned his death.

Earlier on Wednesday (April 27), MA Mannan was taken to United Hospital in the capital for life support after his condition deteriorated. MA Mannan was suffering from various diseases for a long time.
