Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated in many countries around the world, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the Middle East, and Indonesia-Malaysia in Southeast Asia.
In this one of the biggest festivals of the Muslims, the worshipers of these countries performed Eid prayers on Monday morning with great enthusiasm. In these countries, Sunday marks the 30th day of the holy month of Ramadan. As a result, Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated in these countries on Monday.
Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated today in several countries of the western world as well as the countries of the Middle East. The day is celebrated on Monday in many countries of the world including Australia, Kuwait, Iraq, Yemen, Egypt, Tunisia, Sudan, Algeria, Mauritania, Turkey, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Syria.
On the other hand, the moon of Shawwal month of 1443 AH was not seen anywhere in the sky of Bangladesh on Sunday. As a result, 30 days of fasting will be completed on Monday. The holy Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated across the country on Tuesday. Neighboring India will also celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr on Tuesday.
At the same time, Iran and Pakistan will observe the 30th of Ramadan on Monday and will celebrate the Eid on Tuesday as the moon of Shawwal did not sight on Sunday.
