The second phase examination for recruitment of assistant teachers in government primary schools will be held on May 20 (Friday). For this reason, visitors have been banned from entering the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) from Monday (May 16) to May 21.

The DPE issued a notification in this regard on Saturday (May 14).

Earlier, the DPE banned visitors from entering the premises without issuing instructions before the written test for recruitment in the first stage. After the visitors had a heated argument with the security personnel over the issue, instructions were issued to ban their entry.

Written tests of candidates will be held on May 20 in 30 districts of the country. There will be partial examinations in all of the eight districts and in 22 districts. A total of four lakh 84 thousand 725 candidates will take part in the written test on this day.

Meanwhile, the download of admit cards for participation in the exam started on Sunday (May 15).

Earlier, the results of the first phase of the test were published on Thursday (May 12) afternoon. At this stage, 40,862 candidates have passed for the viva voce.
