Pori Moni Busted with 195 Small Packets of Ganja

Police have arrested a 45-year-old housewife named Shahida alias Pori Moni with ganja (cannabis) in Fatullah of Narayanganj Sadar Upazila. At that time, 2,400 taka were recovered from her for selling 195 small packets of cannabis.

A case has been filed against her at Fatullah Model Police Station under the Narcotics Act.

Pori Moni was arrested last Sunday (June 5) night from the field area of ​​Dharmaganj Chatla in Fatullah. She is the wife of Abdul Barek, a tenant of Saiful Mia's house in Dharmaganj Mawla Bazar of Fatullah police station.

Confirming the matter, Fatullah Model Police Station SI Humayun Kabir said that on the basis of secret information, they raided the Dharmaganj Chatla ground area of ​​Fatullah around 10 pm on Sunday and arrested Pori Moni. At that time, 2,400 taka were recovered from her for selling 195 packets of cannabis.
