Robs 200 Banks and Donates Millions: Is the Algerian Hacker Hamza a Hero?

A hacker named  Hamza Bendelladj used to steal millions of money from many European and American banks by hacking at home. He used to send all this money to poor people's accounts without using it for himself. Hence he was named the Smiling Hacker.
