The written examination for the recruitment of 45 thousand assistant teachers in government primary schools has been completed. The viva voce is almost completed. The final result of this examination may be declared by the first week of November.

Aminul Islam Khan, the senior secretary of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, gave this information to the journalists after a press conference organized on the occasion of the International Signing Day in the meeting room of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education at the Secretariat on Wednesday (September 7).

He said, we have viva (oral examination) in some places also in October. It may not be possible to publish the final result in that month.

Hopefully, in the first week of November, the final result of primary assistant teacher recruitment will be published.

The notification for recruitment of 45,000 primary school teachers was published in 2020. But due to the coronavirus situation, the recruitment process was started after two years. The results have been published after the written examination in 61 districts of the country in three phases. Accordingly the viva voce is going on, but it is towards the end.

The viva voce for the candidates of districts other than Dinajpur will be completed by September 21. Dinajpur will end on October 2. Officials of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education and Directorate of Primary Education will try to appoint teachers as soon as possible after the results of the viva results are published.
