Bangladesh are batting first in the final of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier in Abu Dhabi.

To make Sunday's final, Bangladesh beat Ireland, Thailand and the US.

Booking a berth in the final, Bangladesh qualified for the main round of the 2023 ICC Women's T20 World Cup in South Africa.

Along with Bangladesh, the other finalists of the qualifier, Ireland also confirmed their place in the next World Cup.

Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana has scored 174 runs in the qualifier event so far with two fifties. Murshida Khatun scored 134.

Salma Khatun, former Bangladesh captain, has played well too. She bagged eight wickets._UNB
