President M Abdul Hamid today congratulated Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on winning the presidential elections in Brazil.
In a congratulatory message to Lula da Silva, President Hamid said Bangladesh looked forward to further deepen and widen bilateral ties between the two countries in days to come.
