Motorcyclist Killed in Rajshahi Road Crash

A 25-year-old motorcyclist was killed and his pillion rider injured as a truck hit their motorbike on Rajshahi-Dhaka highway in Belpukur Thana of Rajshahi on Monday night.

The deceased was Md Sajib, son of Md Babu of Aloka Mor area of ​​Rajshahi city while the injured was Md Prince,22, son of Shahaban Islam of Sapura BISIC area of ​​the city, reports UNB.

The accident occurred around 10 pm when the truck hit the motorcycle coming from the opposite direction , leaving them injured, said Moniruzzaman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Belpukur police station.

They were rushed to Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital where doctors declared Sajib dead on arrival, said the OC.
