Customers are currently being unable to access the Mobile
Financial Service Provider (MFS) Nagad app. As a result, the transaction is
closed. Customers have been complaining since Saturday (October 5) morning.
A technical glitch has occurred in the server of Mobile
Financial Service Provider (MFS) Nagad. Jahidul Islam, Head of Communications
Department of Naqd, said that the server maintenance work of Nagad has been
going on since last Friday (November 4) night. This is causing some problems.
The matter will be resolved soon.
