Police has recently issued a recruitment notification. The organization will
recruit their manpower for the post of Sergeant. Interested candidates can
apply online till November 25.

Eligibility: Minimum graduation from any university. Must have skill in motorcycle driving. Must be computer literate. Candidate must be Bangladeshi. Both men and women can apply. Candidate must be single. However (divorced or divorced not accepted.) and must remain unmarried till completion of apprenticeship.
Age Limit: Candidate should be between 19-27 years. Quota application must be within 32 years.
Physical Qualification: Height should be minimum 5 feet 8 inches for male. In case of female candidates should be at least 5 feet 4 inches. Chest size is 32 inches in normal condition and 34 inches in expanded condition. Weight should be as per approved measurements for age and height. Sight strength should be 6/6.

How to take the test: After checking the physical ability of the candidates, written and psychological along with computer skills and intelligence test will be taken. After passing these tests, the oral test will be taken.
Distribution: In the written test English and Bengali essay and composition will have 100 marks. Exam duration is 3 hours. There will be 100 marks for General Knowledge and Mathematics. Exam duration is 3 hours. Psychology exam will have 50 marks. Exam time is 50.
Salary and Benefits: Salary will be paid in the scale of Tk.16000-38640 as per National Pay Scale 2015 as per 10th-grade policy. Traffic allowance, free clothing items, risk allowance, medical allowance and ration items will be provided.
Also, the opportunity to participate in UN peacekeeping missions will be provided with promotion to higher posts as per the prevailing norms.
