49 Police Officers Transferred

police officers have been transferred simultaneously. Among them, there are 37
officers of the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police and 12 officers of
the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP).
The
order was given in a separate notification signed by Inspector General of
Police (IGP) Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun on Sunday (November 27).
According
to the notification, the said officers shall hand over the responsibilities of
the current workplace by December 5 to join the transferred workplace,
otherwise they will be considered as Stand Released immediately from December
6.
Apart
from this, it has also been informed that in those areas where the election
schedule has been announced, the transfer order will be effective after the
schedule period.
