Eid Advance Train Ticket Sales Begin Tomorrow

Advance train ticket sales will start from tomorrow, Friday (April 7) on the occasion of the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr, one of the biggest festivals for Muslims.
This time all the tickets of Eid-ul-Fitr will be sold online. Only standing tickets will be issued from counters.
Passengers will be able to purchase the ticket of April 17 on April 7, ticket of April 18 on April 8, ticket of April 19 on April 9, ticket of April 20 on April 10 and ticket of April 21 on April 11, said a press release of the ministry of Railways issued on Thursday (April 6).
On the other hand, Eid return train ticket sale will start from April 15. Passengers can collect the return ticket of April 25 on April 15, ticket of April 26 on April 16, ticket of April 27 on April 17, ticket of April 28 on April 18, ticket of April 29 on April 19 and ticket of April 30 on April 20, said the press release.
Nine pairs of special trains will run this year to reduce the pressure on Eid.
The international train Mitali Express will be closed from April 18-27 and Maitree Express from April 20-27 ahead of Eid.
