Across the nation, rain is falling sporadically as a result of the busy monsoon.

The Bangladesh Meteorological Department predicts that rain will most likely fall across the nation in three more days.

After August 16, there could be less rain. However, after August 20, it may climb once again, according to meteorologist Muhammad Abul Khayer Mallik.

Up to 11am on Sunday, 61mm of rain fell in Dhaka during the previous 26 hours.

"Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind are likely to occur at most places in Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at many places in Rajshahi and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country," according to a regular bulletin from the Met Office.

Over the nation, the daytime temperature may decrease somewhat while the nighttime temperature may essentially stay the same.
