Man, Infant Daughter Killed in Chattogram

A parent and his infant child died in a landslide at IW Colony under Panchlaish Police Station on Sunday morning in Chattogram.

The victims were identified as being Md Sohel, 35, the son of Kala Miah, and Bibi Jannat, his young daughter.

Local people said that the incident took place at about 7:35am.

Chattogram Medical College Hospital police outpost sub-inspector Nurul Alam Ashek said that the two were brought to the hospital in a critical condition where doctors declared them dead.
