Team Bangladesh has returned home after the Asia Cup mission. The Tigers arrived at Shahjalal International Airport at around 11:30 a.m. today, Saturday (September 16).

Tigers have won only two of the six matches played in this season.

However, Shakib-Mushfiq has no chance to rest even after returning home. The Tigers have to prepare for the bilateral series against New Zealand.

Bangladesh was defeated by Sri Lanka in the first match in the group stage of this year's Asia Cup. Then in the second match, the Tigers confirmed the Super Four by defeating Afghanistan by a big margin. Bangladesh has only won against India in three matches in the Super Four.

Despite losing to Sri Lanka and Pakistan in the Super Four match, the Tigers won against India. The Tigers finished this year's Asia Cup mission with a win.
