Shakib Reaches Ganabhaban To Meet PM

Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina has called the Awami League nomination seekers to Ganabhaban ahead of the 12th parliamentary election. On that occassion Bangladeshi skipper Shakib Al Hasan also arrived in the Ganabhaban on Sunday (November 26) Morning.

A total of 3,362 nomination seekers were invited to visit the official residence of the Prime Minister.

Awami League President and party's parliamentary nomination board chief Sheikh Hasina will hold a meeting with the nomination seekers, said a press release signed by AL office secretary Barrister Biplab Barua on Friday (November 24).

Earlier on November 18, the ruling Awami League started the sale of nomination forms among its aspirant candidates to contest in the 12th parliamentary elections. Shakib Al Hasan seeks AL nomination from Magura-1, Magura-2 and Dhaka-10.
