Schools, Colleges Reopening Today, Primary On July 3

Educational institutions are set to reopen today (June 26) as the education ministry curtailed summer vacation by a week for lower secondary and secondary level educational institutions.

According to the academic calendar, the Eid-ul-Azha and summer vacation in schools started on June 13 and was scheduled to continue till July 2.

Shortening the summer vacation in educational institutions, the Ministry of Education decided to reopen on June 26.

Meanwhile, the education ministry did not cut short the summer vacation. As per the ministry’s decision, primary schools will remain closed till July 2 following the academic calendar. Primary schools will hold classes on July 3.
