In a road accident in Chauddagram, Cumilla, four people, including a child, have been killed.

The incident occurred at 6:00 AM today, Friday (September 6), in the Batisa Nanakara area of the upazila. The Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Miahbazar Highway Police Station, Rais Uddin, confirmed the report.

Rais Uddin stated that a pickup truck was stationary in the Dhaka lane of the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Batisa Nanakara. Early in the morning, a microbus lost control and collided with the rear of the stationary pickup truck.

At that moment, a bus from Unique Transport, heading towards Dhaka, also crashed into the microbus. As a result, four people were killed on the spot. The identities of the deceased have not yet been disclosed.
