Hisham, Ediwin Best in Bangabandhu Marathan

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Dhaka Marathon 2021 was held in the capital marking the Homecoming Day of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

A total of 200 runners from home and abroad took part in the marathon. In the half marathon, Ediwin of Kenya became first, Tawhid of Bahrain became second and Alfaz Aziz of Spain got the third position.

On the other hand, Hisham of Morocco became the first in the full marathon.

Starting from Banani Army Stadium at 6:00 am, the marathon ended at Hatijheel in the capital on Sunday.
