A BCB official stated on
Tuesday that Bangladesh Cricket Board President Nazmul Hassan Papon will go to
Oman on Wednesday (October 13).
Nazmul will be joined by his wife, as well as other board members and administrators, to motivate the national cricket team ahead of the Tigers' forthcoming T20 World Cup qualifiers.
Bangladesh will play Sri Lanka and Ireland in official practice games at ADC Oval 2 in Abu Dhabi on October 12 and 14, respectively.
The Tigers will return to Oman after two practice games in Abu Dhabi to begin their ICC T20 World Cup qualification campaign. On October 17, they will face Scotland in the World Cup opener in Oman.
On Sunday, the Tigers held a training camp in Oman. Last Friday, they defeated Oman A by 60 runs in a warm-up match.
