Pakistan
defeated Bangladesh by eight wickets in the second T20I of their three-match
series at the Mirpur's Sher-e-Bangla in Dhaka on Saturday.
The
visitors lead 2-0 and have also claimed victory in the series. Chasing a target
of 109 runs, Pakistan reached 109 for two in 18.1 overs with Fakhar Zaman
smashing an unbeaten knock of 57 off 51 balls.
Opener
Mohammad Rizwan also played a knock of 39 off 45 balls to give his side a good
start despite the early loss of Captain Babar Azam.
Earlier,
Bangladesh posted 108 for seven in 20 overs with Najmul Hossain top-scoring for
his side with a knock of 40 off 34 balls.
Meanwhile,
Shaheen Shah Afridi and Shadab Khan were in brilliant bowling form, taking two
wickets each.
