The Tigresses batted first after losing the toss in the second semifinal of the World Cup qualifiers. They scored 113-5 in 20 overs. Rumana Ahmed (28) was the highest run-getter for the Tigresses. Murshida Khatun scored 26.

For Thailand, Rosenan Kanoh, Phannita Maya and Onnicha Kamchomphu took one wicket each.
