Two Indian cricketers banned ahead of IPL auction due to suspicious bowling actions.

Indian cricketers Manish Pandey and Srijit Krishna have been banned due to suspicious bowling actions just a day before the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) made this decision regarding the two cricketers.

It is also reported that Deepak Hooda, Sourav Dubey, and KC Cariappa are under suspicion for their bowling actions. These five cricketers have been highlighted to all IPL teams in a letter sent by the BCCI ahead of the auction.

Following this news, it is confirmed that regular IPL player Manish Pandey and Deepak Hooda will not participate in the upcoming season. The remaining three players also face the possibility of not being selected by any teams.

The IPL auction will begin at 12:30 PM on November 24 and will run for two days. A total of up to 204 slots will be available, with a maximum of 70 foreign cricketers likely to find teams. The 2025 IPL season will begin on March 14 and the final will be held on May 25, featuring 74 matches. The 2026 and 2027 seasons will expand, with more matches scheduled for those years.
