Internet Connections Declined in Nov: BTRC

The number of active internet connections in the country dropped by 0.51 million from 99.57 million, according to a report of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission.

Due to the decline, the number of active internet connections reached 99.06 million at the end of November this year, the BTRC said in its report today.

As of October, the number of active mobile internet connection was 93.79 that came down to 93.32 in November.

On the other hand, the fixed internet connections rose by 10,000 in November and reached 57.39 million while WiMAX connections declined to 5,000 from 38,000 a month ago, the report said.
