India's Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has instructed the Indian Armed Forces to remain on high alert and prepare for potential conflicts. He also directed the military to monitor the situations in Russia-Ukraine, Hamas-Israel, and Bangladesh.

In a speech delivered at the Joint Commanders Conference in Lucknow on Thursday, September 5, Singh emphasized the need for readiness to face unforeseen challenges and analyze the situations in neighboring countries like Bangladesh and China.

He highlighted the importance of developing a unified military perspective to respond swiftly and effectively to provocations. Singh stressed the need to stay vigilant about current global events and reinforce national security.

Despite global instability, Singh noted that India is enjoying a rare period of peace and progressing peacefully. However, he warned that ongoing issues at the India-China border and in neighboring countries pose threats to regional peace and stability, and thus, it is crucial to remain cautious about the growing challenges.
