BD Logs 33 More Deaths from COVID-19, New Cases 2996

Bangladesh today confirmed 33 more deaths from COVID-19 and 2,996 new cases of infection testing 14,820 samples in the last 24 hours.

With this, the death toll from the deadly virus climbed to 3,471 and the number of total infections stood at 263,503. 

Additional Director General of Health Directorate Professor Dr Nasima Sultana made the disclosure during the last virtual briefing today.

The virus has killed 739,363 people worldwide and infected 20,267,512 so far.
