Air Quality in Dhaka to Be Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups

This morning, the air quality in Dhaka remained hazardous for vulnerable populations.

Dhaka was placed 7th on IQAir's list of the world's worst cities for air quality at 9:00 am, with an air quality index (AQI) score of 108.

The top three cities on the list were Baghdad, Iraq, Doha, Qatar, and Jakarta, Indonesia, with AQI ratings of 165, 164, and 162, respectively.

'Moderate' air quality is defined as an AQI of 50 to 100. A very tiny percentage of persons who are highly sensitive to air pollution, however, may have health concerns.
