President returns home Monday

President Abdul Hamid, who is in London for health check-up and treatment of eyes, will return home on Monday (Sept 9) instead of Sunday (Sept 8).

“The schedule of the President’s return has been changed... A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Limited, carrying the President and his entourage members, will return home at 11:15 am on Monday,” BSS quoted President’s Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad as saying.

On Aug 31, Hamid left Dhaka for London for treatment.

The 75-year-old politician has been suffering from Glaucoma since long.
