Joy Bangla Concert: PM Gets T-Shirts, Mugs And Posters

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has received t-shirts, mugs, and posters for the forthcoming Joy Bangla concert to be held on March 7 of this year.

This year, the concert will receive special treatment as it takes place during the Mujib Year, the birth centenary Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

The event is being organized by Young Bangla, an initiative of Centre for Research and Information (CRI), said a statement received today.

The concert will be organized at the Army Stadium in Dhaka to celebrate Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's iconic speech on the same day in 1971.

Fuad and Friends, Arbovirus, Cryptic Fate, Shunno, Nemesis, Vikings, Avoid Rafa, Chirkut, Minar, Lalon, and F Minor, among others, are set to make appearances at the event.

The event will also feature graphical representations of Bangabandhu’s iconic speech.

Registration for the event will start soon. Valid national ID, passport, phone number, and email address will be needed.

The event will be open for all.
