Biman Flights to Nepal Cancelled over Coronavirus

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has cancelled flights to Nepal scheduled for March 15 and 17.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines Deputy General Manager (communication), Tahera Khondoker confirmed the matter today.

However, flights on March 19 will operate as usual, she said.

"Tickets might be refunded but it has not been decided yet," the Biman official added.

The airline had previously canceled two flights to Kuwait, scheduled for March 7 and 10, after all flights to and from seven countries like Bangladesh had been suspended. In addition, Biman Bangladesh halted all flights to Qatar on March 9, after Bangladesh travelers were barred from the Gulf State.
