BSMMU Establishes ‘Fever Clinic’ at Betar Bhaban in City

The Bangabandhu Sheik Mujib Medical Union (BSMMU) founded a "fever clinic" in the Shahbagh area of Bangladesh, Betar Bhaban. 

Doctors routinely provide treatment at the "clinic," set up in Betar Bhaban's ground floor, this detail was announced in a press release by BSMMU.

People who suffer from heat, cold and cough can get care from 8:30 am-2:00 pm at the establishment.

Outdoor ambulance facilities will be available between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm.

The laboratory will be dedicated to running tests to detect Covid-19.

BSMMU has also introduced several helplines to lower the risk of coronavirus transmission.

Patients can now call and take services from different departments such as medicine (01406426437, 01406426438), surgery (01406426439), ear, nose and throat (01406426440), gynecology (01406426442), pediatrics (01984519525, 01951820843) and chest disease (01406426441) from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, the press release stated.
