Man with Coronavirus Symptoms Dies in Madaripur

A man with symptoms of novel coronavirus died in Kalkini Upazila of Madaripur on Sunday morning.

The deceased was identified as Salam Fakir, 50, resident of Charalimabad village of Koyaria union under of the Upazila.

He breathed his last at his residence early in the morning.

Local sources said that he was suffered from fever, throat ache, and respiratory problems.

Madaripur civil surgeon Dr Shafikul Islam confirmed the news.

A doctor of the Upazila health complex collected the victim's sample to send it to Dhaka for the test to know whether he was affected with coronavirus or not he said.
