Several hundred people have been protesting the lockdown in Hyde Park in central London.
Scotland Yard said six suspects had been detained at 14:00 BST (13:00 GMT). Piers Corbyn, the brother of the former Labor leader, was among those who had been taken into custody.
The protesters claimed that they objected to the restriction of their rights of free speech and movement by the regulations introduced to control coronavirus. One party performed "no 5 G" and "no vaccination."
Most of the demonstrations in the country was the product of flyers circulated on social media.
