4 Burnt in Narayanganj Septic Tank Explosion

Four people were burnt as a septic tank exploded inside a tea shop in Araihazar Upazila of Narayanganj on Sunday morning.

The incident took place at a tea shop of Harmuj Ali of the Upazila around 11:00 am.

The injured are identified as Monsur, 50, son of Joynab Ali, hailing from Shibpur Upazila in Narsingdi, Harmuj Ali, son of Abdus Sattar, from Monpura area of the Araihazar Upazila, Alam, 26, son of Ramijuddin, from Kandapara area and Ibrahim, 26, son of Ramjan.

Confirming the news, Md Shahjahan, in-charge of Araihazar Fire Service and Civil Defence, said that the injured were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) in critical condition.
