10 Hurt in BCL Factional Clash at CHCH

At least 10 people were wounded as factions of Bangladesh Chhatra League activists clashed over the establishment of the Chattogram Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) supremacy in the port city on Sunday morning.

The CMCH police outpost Zahirul Haque Bhuiyan confirmed the matter.

A local source said the clash followed immediately after Barrister Muhibul Hasan Nawfel, Deputy Minister of Education, left the hospital at about 10 a.m.
