5 Medicine Shops Fined Tk 7 lakh at Mitford

The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Mobile Court has fined five pharmacies at Ali Mian Chairman of the Drug Market in Mitford, Old Dhaka Tk7 Lakh for keeping obsolete, low-quality and unauthorized medicines.

RAB-3 executive magistrate Palash Kumar Basu operated the mobile court.

The mobile court also sentenced the pharmacy owner in the city to two years' jail for storing a large number of illegal drugs in his store.
