bKash Offers 20pc Cashback

bKash is offering up to 20 percent cashback on payments made using the service ahead of Eid-ul-Azha. 

A customer can avail up to Tk 300 as cashback during the whole campaign.

"In addition, consumers will be able to enjoy a 50 per cent discount on BKash payment on selected products at Ajkerdeal and a 10 per cent cash return on travel tickets," press release said.

Offers will be valid until August 2 and can be made accessible via the bKash app, the USSD code * 247 # and the payment gateway (PGW), it said. 

Under this offer, cashback is available on online or offline payment of clothing, footwear, accessories, restaurant, electronics, e-commerce, food delivery and superstores.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, bKash can help people buy tickets safely via contactless payment methods. bKash users can easily purchase bus, train, launch and air tickets from bKash app.

Users are eligible to receive 10% instant cash back with a maximum limit of Tk 100 for bus , train, launch and air tickets.

User's cash back will be paid instantly for the bus, launch and air ticket, while the cash back for the train ticket will be sent to the user's bKash account on the next working day.

Customers will make use of the train ticket cashback deal once a day and occasionally during the whole campaign.

To make a payment via the bKash device, the user needs to tap the Make Payment icon on the home screen, enter the vendor number, or simply scan the QR code at the point of purchase.   

They can also browse the ‘Offer’ section in bKash app to see the offers in their area.

However, bKash users will also get a discount offer in the online marketplace Ajkerdeal between July 16 and August 2.
