The Government's decision to export rawhide of sacrificial animals did not create any impact in trading in the retail market.
Businessmen expressed their frustration as they failed to sell rawhide at reasonable prices on the third day of Eid-ul-Azha.
Due to the price fall in the market this year, many traders in the country were forced to dump rawhide on the road as well as into water.
As a result, market-related persons concerned apprehended that 30 percent of the total rawhide of animals will be not used.
Experts think that such a situation of rawhide would not have happened in the country if the government's decision to export rawhide came earlier.
