Bangladesh Logs 32 More Deaths from COVID-19, 1567 New Cases

After testing 14,216 samples in the last 24 hours, Bangladesh today confirmed 32 more deaths from COVID-19 and 1,567 new cases of infection.

According to a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), the death toll from the deadly virus thus increased to 4,913 and the number of total infections stood at 347,372.

However, over the past 24 hours, a total of 2,051 patients have been declared free of the novel coronavirus and a total of 254,386 have been recovered.

The virus has killed 956,881 people worldwide and has so far infected 30,719,365.
