Rabiul Confesses Involvement in UNO Attack

Former gardener of Ghoraghat UNO office of Dinajpur Rabiul Islam on Sunday confessed to his involvement in the attack on UNO Wahida Khanam and her father Omar Ali Sheikh.

Rabiul Islam (42) made his confession before Dinajpur Chief Judicial Magistrate Court of Ismail Hossain after completion of his three-day remand in the second phase on Sunday noon.

In his confessional statement, Rabiul said that he committed the crime being aggrieved and he was the lone planner and attacker.

Rabiul Islam was produced before the court at 10:00 am today. After his confessional statement, he was sent to Dinajpur jail.
