21 More COVID-19 Deaths, 1,637 New Cases

In the last 24 hours, Bangladesh has confirmed 21 more deaths from the novel coronavirus.

The country's death toll from the virus now stands at 5,681, a press release issued by the Health Services Directorate General (DGHS) said.

In the last 24 hours, 1,637 people tested positive for Covid-19 and the number of covid-19 cases in the country now stands at 3,90,206.

The country's maiden cases were reported on March 8 this year and the first death from the virus was reported on March 18.
