COVID-19 Claims 17 More Lives; New Cases 2,275

Bangladesh logged 17 more deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours till Friday 8 a.m.       

The country's death toll from the virus is now 6,322, according to a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

In the meantime, 2,275 people was tested positive for Covid-19. The number of novel coronavirus cases in the country is now 443,434.  

The country's maiden cases were reported on March 8 this year and the first death from the virus was reported on March 18.
